In short: Nettam never asks for your OTP or for money, and never offers to turn points into cash. Shops never pay anyone to join. If someone says they are from Nettam, check their number below. Any number, page or group not on this page is not Nettam. If you lost money, call 1930 straight away.
01Nettam will neverനേട്ടം ഒരിക്കലും ചെയ്യാത്തവ
- OTP ചോദിക്കില്ലAsk for your OTP or login code, by phone, on WhatsApp or in person. The 3-digit code in your app is only for the cashier at the shop where you are using your points.
Ask customers for money. The wallet is free, always.
Buy, sell or cash out points. Points are a shop's discount at that shop and have no cash value.
Take a joining fee from a shop in cash or to anyone's personal UPI. Founding partners pay nothing. Any later fee comes only as an invoice from Achampe Solutions Ltd, paid to the company.
Ask you to install an APK file or a "Nettam withdrawal" app, or to scan a QR code that opens a payment.
Promise income, commission or part-time earnings for inviting people.
02Check someone who says they're from Nettam
Everyone who works for Nettam carries an ID card with a Nettam ID and appears in this check. Today Nettam has no field agents in any town. If a person is not found here, they are not from Nettam: don't pay them and don't share any code.

04Is Nettam a chain or MLM scheme?
- You never pay to join. Not customers, not founding partner shops.
- An invite is one step only. You and the friend you invite each get 50 points at the shop where your friend pays their first bill. No levels, no team, and nobody earns from friends of friends.
- Points come from the shop, are spent only at that shop, and can't be turned into cash.
- Nettam never holds anyone's money. You pay the shop for what you buy, as you always do.
05If something looks wrong
